Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Locator / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations. This role combines order locating, inventory control, and safe forklift operation to ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate, pull, and stage materials or products based on work orders and shipping schedules.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, or storage areas.
- Verify product counts, labels, and quality before staging or shipment.
- Assist with cycle counts and general inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, locating systems, or inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
