Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Stock Pickers and Packagers. This role involves handling feed products in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate bagging systems to inspect, label, bag, and stack feed products
- Load bagged feed onto delivery trucks and customer vehicles
- Monitor feed quality, weight, and packaging accuracy
- Operate equipment such as tow motors and pallet jacks
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper working order
- Keep accurate daily production and inventory records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work any shift as needed
