Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Support professional to join a local Norwalk business specializing in the production of glass pressure gauges used to measure PSI. This is a key role within the organization, providing administrative support and working closely with company leadership.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
· Perform daily office and administrative tasks
· Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking
· Work within Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Communicate and report directly to the President of the company to ensure alignment with business goals
· Support overall office operations as needed
Qualifications
· Experience with QuickBooks required
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
· Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
