Job Summary:The Senior Data Analyst supports a cross-functional strategic program focused on process improvement, technology adoption, and AI-driven solutions. This role serves as the primary analytics partner for business stakeholderstranslating questions into insights, building dashboards, and delivering data that informs decision-making and operational change.Key Responsibilities:Partner with program leads, product, operations, and engineering to understand business needs and define measurable success metrics.Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports used for daily decision-making.Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and Excel to explore trends, validate hypotheses, and quantify opportunities.Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.Support A/B tests, pilots, and post-launch measurement, including cohort definitions, outcome calculations, and significance testing.Document metric definitions, data sources, and methodologies to maintain a single source of truth.Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data quality, define transformation needs, and prioritize new data requirements.Identify data or reporting risks and communicate issues along with mitigation plans.Must-Have Qualifications:35 years of experience in business-facing analytics or program analytics.Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize insights for stakeholders.Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive data-based process improvements.
