Position SummaryThe Loader / Receiver is responsible for safely loading, unloading, receiving, and staging materials and products to support efficient warehouse and production operations. This role ensures accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining quality, safety, and inventory control standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks, trailers, and containers manually or using material handling equipmentReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against packing slipsInspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptlyStage, label, and store materials in designated locationsPrepare outbound shipments by picking, staging, and securing product for transportMaintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentationOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (if certified)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S/6S standardsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits as assignedPerform additional duties as needed to support operationsQualificationsWarehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasksComfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periodsBasic computer or scanning experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable attendance and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentIND2
