About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on Livestock Technician position working directly with animals in a team-oriented, production-focused environment. This role involves daily animal care, facility upkeep, and supporting agricultural production processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Perform animal care duties including feeding, watering, cleaning, and movement of livestock
- Assist with health checks, veterinary treatments, and routine procedures
- Safely handle livestock and prepare animals for production-related processes
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and animal well-being
- Operate vehicles, trailers, and farm equipment safely
- Support general facility and operational needs as required
Schedule
Typical shift options include:
- 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekend and holiday rotations are required to support operations.
