This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting customer inventory needs while working closely with warehouse staff and management. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-proficient, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What You’ll DoAssist customers with inventory-related issues by answering questions, researching discrepancies, and providing timely solutions.Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date inventory records, logs, and data.Process customer return orders accurately and in a timely manner according to customer requests.Assist with coordinating special inventory projects between customers and internal warehouse personnel.Communicate professionally with customers both verbally and in writing.Work cooperatively and productively with other warehouse associates and team members.Utilize order management systems and material-handling equipment as required.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
