Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support production and packaging operations. This role involves assembling small plastic components, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to assigned tasks
- Assemble small plastic components to produce contact-lens cleaning cups
- Perform visual inspections during assembly to identify defects
- Report any product issues to a supervisor or Quality team immediately
- Ensure correct components and lot numbers are used during production
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency to meet production goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly line experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and match numbers accurately
- Basic English communication skills required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for assembly tasks
- Good close vision and depth perception
