Job Summary:We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling products or components according to blueprints, work instructions, or schematics while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role plays a key part in the production process and contributes to the timely delivery of high-quality products.MUST HAVE BENCH WIRING EXPERIENCE Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical or electrical components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assemblyPerform functional and quality checks on completed assembliesIdentify and report any defects, malfunctions, or missing parts to supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company safety and 5S standardsOperate basic production equipment or machinery as neededRecord production data and complete necessary documentationAssist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipmentWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlinesFollow all company safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentBasic wiring experienceUse of basic power toolsBasic mechanical and assembly skillsAbility to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and punctuality
