Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling commercial roll-up doors commonly used on delivery and box trucks, including those used in logistics and transportation fleets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with hand tools, following assembly instructions, and performing quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble commercial roll-up door components according to specifications and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to secure parts and complete assemblies
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Ensure proper alignment and function of door components during assembly
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Report damaged materials, quality issues, or production concerns to supervisors
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Ability to read and follow work instructions or assembly diagrams
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
