What You'll Do
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and routine property inspections.
- Schedule work with in-house staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Communicate with guests, homeowners, and team members regarding maintenance needs.
- Assist with preventative maintenance to keep properties guest-ready.
- Track maintenance work orders, inventory, and repair records.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed.
- Help ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Customer-focused communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn maintenance/property management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and travel locally between properties.
