We are a national franchise and are in the process of growing our local San Diego team. We are looking for a person to fill our Resurfacing / Reglazing Technician position.

Job Description:

• Review assigned work orders for accuracy
• Perform refinishing services at various jobsites (commercial and residential)
• Refinish various surfaces including bathtubs, tile walls, fiberglass enclosures, kitchen/bathroom sinks, countertops etc.
• Maintain all equipment as necessary and protect customer work areas from overspray or other damage
• Maintain adequate vehicle inventory of standard equipment and supplies
• Drive to customer locations throughout the day
• Communicate with onsite property management and/or maintenance employees
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance
• Perform extensive repairs to remove cracks, rust, chips, and other imperfections
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience working with an HLVP sprayer or Commercial grade sprayers
• Experience rolling various coatings
• Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is an important part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
• The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour bonus/commission opportunities
