- Visit 4 jobsites every day
- Repair damage on the job site while using exceptional customer service to follow up with staff
- Employ your creativity in several settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sites
- Mentor/train technicians in technical, customer service and administrative duties
- Use outstanding customer service to engage with staff and tenants
- Keep progress up to date with notes and updates in our CRM/Dispatch tool
- Reach out to our Support Team on any issue or question
- Develop an understanding of our own 5-step repair process and use it in the field
- Master each part of your custom-made tool-kit
- Think outside the box to create one-of-a-kind repairs
Qualifications
- Practical experience with a hands-on trade – Example include any part the construction, manufacturing, or painting process. Personal hobbies could work too!
- Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Color is a fundamental part of our work, and the ability to understand and manipulate color is crucial for success.
