What You’ll Do
- Support the Sales Manager with daily and monthly membership growth initiatives.
- Assist with developing and rolling out sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Track and report on membership sales performance.
- Help train and coach team members on communicating membership benefits.
- Collaborate with site leadership to ensure a consistent sales message and excellent customer experience.
- Learn leadership and coaching skills to prepare for future advancement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales support (internships or part-time experience welcome).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with interest in career growth.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between sites (up to 50%) as needed.
