Property Maintenance Specialist
We're hiring an experienced maintenance specialist for full-time, year-round work on single-family rental homes across South Jersey and the Philadelphia suburbs. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, appliances, turnovers, punch lists — the day-to-day repair and service work that keeps homes in good shape and residents taken care of. If you've been doing residential repair for a few years and you're tired of chasing the next job, this is steady work with a company that plans ahead.
What you need: 3 years hands-on experience, your own tools and a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and someone who does it right the first time without being micromanaged.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
