Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and janitorial best practices to deliver top-quality service.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Use various cleaning equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and scrubbers to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, stored properly, and used responsibly in compliance with health regulations.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and time management practices to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while demonstrating attention to detail in all cleaning activities.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning experience .
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures for different surfaces such as hardwood floors, tiles, carpets, and upholstery.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, sanitization techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs and preferences.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks including prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts.
