WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
─────────────────────────────────────────────
Each day you will drive directly from your home to your first client, clean a set of residential homes using our Perfect Maintenance Cleaning System, and finish your last home by early afternoon. No nights. No weekends.
You will work independently most of the time. In client homes, your role is to clean to a high standard and interact with clients warmly and briefly — their home is their sanctuary, and your focus is the work. You will check in at our office once a week.
Training is one week, starting with one home per day and building from there. We grade performance daily and give you feedback to help you improve. By graduation, you will know exactly what is expected of you.

Pay
- $18/hour during training
- Up to $33/hour at full performance
- Our highest-performing team members earn $1,100 per week — and we will show you exactly how to get there
- Weekly pay 100% of tips kept by you

Schedule and Stability
- Monday–Friday only — no nights, no weekends

REQUIREMENTS
─────────────────────────────────────────────
- Live within or very close to Montgomery County, PA
(Philadelphia residents: this role is not a match for you)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 1 year in a consistent work role — any industry
- Physical stamina for active work throughout the day
- No prior cleaning experience required — we train you completely
