We are a small, family owned cleaning business seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Use step stools safely to reach high areas such as ceilings, shelves, and windows for detailed cleaning tasks
- Handle manual cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct outdoor cleaning activities when required, including patios, walkways, and exterior surfaces
- Manage minor lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
- Take directions from owner and follow them to the best of your ability
- Ability to work on your own and to work as part of a team
- Must be trustworthy
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a focus on quality service delivery
- Ability to use ladders confidently and safely for high-reach cleaning tasks
- Strong knowledge of various cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Physical strength and manual handling skills necessary for light to moderate lifting and outdoor work activities
- Familiarity with using cleaning equipment such as vaccuums carpet cleaners.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards

*Opportunity for Advancement. We are looking for one of our new hires to become apart of management within the next 12-18 months. With this comes more responsibility and more pay.
Initial pay is based off of experience. Pay range is $17.50-$20.50 per hour. 30-40 hours per week. This is a 1099 position. Average work day is 7-10 hours depending on the clients for the day. We generally start around 8am.
Possibilty for wage increase after 90 days and again after 9 months- Based off of performance, attitude and overall work ethic.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour
