We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Operation Leader to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume medical office environment and is comfortable traveling to support multiple locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities: ·
Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice Lead and support clinical and administrative staff Ensure efficient patient flow and quality care delivery Implement and uphold office policies and procedures Manage scheduling, billing, compliance, and inventory Serve as a liaison between staff, providers, and corporate leadership·
Travel to other office locations within the Cincinnati Region to provide leadership support, training, and oversight Requirements: · Proven experience managing a high-volume medical office Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to drive operational improvements and implement new policies Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset·
