• Conduct electrical work involving wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate building functions.
• Execute welding tasks and residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Supervise maintenance team members, providing leadership, training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Inspect facilities regularly using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify potential problems before they impact operations.
• Manage facilities maintenance schedules, recordkeeping, and inventory management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting diverse systems effectively.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and facility blueprints.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for building automation systems.
