- Conduct electrical work involving wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate building functions.
- Execute welding tasks and residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Supervise maintenance team members, providing leadership, training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Inspect facilities regularly using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify potential problems before they impact operations.
- Manage facilities maintenance schedules, recordkeeping, and inventory management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting diverse systems effectively.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and facility blueprints.
