Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Prior office experience, including clerical duties and familiarity with medical or dental reception, is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office management software
- Handle correspondence, including proofreading documents and managing email communications
- Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic administrative duties
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or in person, providing excellent service and support
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated office management or administrative experience, including clerical tasks such as filing and data entry
