Front Desk department wages range from $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on position, experience, and longevity.
We're looking for the person who can be the "face of the hotel" for our guests. Front Desk team members are often the first, and likely the last, impression a guest has of their visit to your hotel. Are you friendly, personable, efficient? Can you solve problems as they come your way? Do you multi-task well? You could be a perfect fit for our award winning team!
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
- Successful candidate must have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and abilities.
- Must be self motivated and detail oriented and have passion and enthusiasm for working with guests and employees.
- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office. If you have experience with the Visual Matrix property management system, that's a plus.
- The hotel business is 24/7/365, so you must be available weekends and holidays.
- Salary/Wage depends on experience ($23.00 per hour and up).
