- Must be able to handle projects with senior members and help in successful completion.
- Having an Idea about project coordination as well as internal communication.
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within the scope.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress using the AGILE methodology.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Good with following process management.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Any relevant certification is a plus.
