This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Cincinnati, OH. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. Additional responsibilities include monitoring health conditions, providing companionship, and supporting clients with mobility and household tasks. The role may involve preparing meals and accompanying clients to appointments or outings to ensure their overall well-being and comfort.
- Experience with Home Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Hands-on skills in Patient Care and Personal Care
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and their families
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for clients
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in home health or patient care is a plus but not required
