Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 65lbs.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screen.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) Spanish a Plus.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Calculate and accomplish accurate product application rates according to label instructions.
• Must not have any DWI's in the last 2 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older by hiring date.
• Ability to walk long distances and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass the test to obtain a Technician License given by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc.
• Reply to customer requests for information via phone calls, and in-person service calls.
• Performs a daily visual inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return, if needed, and report and damages to the equipment.
• Drive company truck to various customer locations throughout the area and operate a variety of powered and non-powered equipment, including hand-held and push spreaders, electric backpack sprayers, powered hose-end tank sprayers, motorized riding sprayer/spreaders, and aerating machines.
• Technicians will regularly be exposed to chemicals while using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Provide customers with quotes for additional services they may need.
• Measures the yard of potential customers to provide them with quote for our services.
• Address questions or concerns customers may have concerning conditions affecting their lawns and landscapes, treatments proposed or performed, and other matters concerning their relationship with the Company.
• Maintain company car cleaned inside and outside and be presentable (clean clothes) to customers.
