- HR & Data Administration
- Assist with payroll processing and payroll changes and updates to employee information.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare basic reports and support the team in gathering HR metrics as needed.
- Maintain organized and employee files, both digital and physical.
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions related to HR processes and payroll.
- Provide timely and accurate information or route inquiries to the appropriate HR team member.
- Support HR team members with administrative tasks related to employee changes and documentation.
- Help ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with updating HR forms, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Support simple audits of employee records and HR data to maintain compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team across payroll and data functions.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating HR-related activities.
