This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales role based in Royal Oak, MI. The Customer Sales professional will build and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate freight services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing quotes, securing freight contracts, and collaborating with logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. The role involves analyzing customer needs, communicating effectively, and offering solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to identify and seize business opportunities
- Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and optimize logistics solutions
- Capability to train and guide clients on service options and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with logistics software or CRM tools is a plus
- Experience in the logistics industry or sales is preferred
