Surdyke Yamaha & Marina is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Finance Manager to join our growing dealership. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy helping customers protect their investment while maximizing their ownership experience, we'd love to meet you.
As our Finance Manager, you'll work closely with our sales team to finalize deals, secure financing, and present value-added ownership products to customers purchasing boats, WaveRunners, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes.
Responsibilities
- Finalize purchase agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Present financing options tailored to each customer's needs.
- Offer and explain finance and protection products, including:
- Extended Service Contracts (Warranties)
- Prepaid Maintenance Plans
- Marine Film Protection
- GAP Protection
- Other F&I products
- Maintain compliance with lender, manufacturer, and state regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.
- Coordinate with sales, lenders, and title staff to ensure efficient deal processing.
- Meet dealership performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred.
- Automotive, marine, RV, or powersports dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently present products that add value to the customer.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with lending, compliance, and dealership software is preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
