Job Description: Position: Quality Assurance & Inspection Expert Job Location: Arunachal Pradesh, India Role Objective To establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance and inspection systems for RCC dam construction works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, standards, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans for RCC dam construction. Monitor inspection activities related to concrete production, placement, compaction, curing, and testing. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards. Review material approvals, test reports, method statements, and inspection records. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are maintained. Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters. Prepare periodic quality reports and documentation for project management. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and inspection of large infrastructure projects. Strong site experience in Concrete / RCC dam projects is highly desirable. Thorough knowledge of concrete technology, testing procedures, and quality management systems. Strong reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
