Job Description: Assistant Manager – Finance Position: Assistant Manager – Finance Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory requirements Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliances and timely filings Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project-wise cost control Assist in MIS reporting and management dashboards Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements Maintain proper documentation and financial records Qualifications CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts Experience in consulting / infrastructure / EPC / project-based organizations preferred Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and MS Excel Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Location Gurgaon At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
