Production Supervisor

At SupremeX, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Naperville facility, overseeing a team of approximately 30 employees across multiple shifts driving performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

This is a key leadership role where you will shape operational success, support team development, and help deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics initiatives with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance
• Foster a customer-centric and collaborative culture across operations
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a safety-first environment
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics including efficiency, waste, on-time delivery, and cost control
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Production Planning, Sales, Finance, and HR
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training programs to strengthen workforce capabilities
• Manage operational budgets and support cost analysis initiatives
• Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement projects

Qualifications:

• 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
• Experience in paper-based industries preferred (envelopes, folding carton, printing, corrugate, or converting)
• Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and team development experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, SMED, Kaizen)
• Proven ability to lead change and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
