At SupremeX, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Naperville facility, overseeing a team of approximately 30 employees across multiple shifts driving performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is a key leadership role where you will shape operational success, support team development, and help deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics initiatives with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance
- Foster a customer-centric and collaborative culture across operations
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a safety-first environment
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics including efficiency, waste, on-time delivery, and cost control
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Production Planning, Sales, Finance, and HR
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training programs to strengthen workforce capabilities
- Manage operational budgets and support cost analysis initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement projects
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
- Experience in paper-based industries preferred (envelopes, folding carton, printing, corrugate, or converting)
- Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team development experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, SMED, Kaizen)
- Proven ability to lead change and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
