Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process customer and warehouse orders.
- Accurately enter orders into the production and order management system.
- Follow up on orders and provide customers with delivery and status updates.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare shipping documents and related paperwork.
- Provide pricing information using company price guides.
- Issue customer credits when necessary.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Communicate order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and product information clearly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, order entry, or client-facing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write clear, professional emails with strong grammar and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with different customers and personalities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with email and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or order-entry systems preferred.
- MFG/Pro experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn company products, processes, and order-entry procedures.
- Experience operating standard office equipment and multi-line phone systems preferred.
Salary : $19
