Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team immediately. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role supporting hiring initiatives within a logistics and distribution environment. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt positions within a logistics and distribution environment.
- Source qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels, including:
- Online job boards
- Social media
- Hiring events
- Career fairs
- Networking and other recruiting strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruiting activity.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records and recruitment workflows.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Support recruiting initiatives while meeting hiring deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Previous recruiting experience within logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain is required.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing multiple recruiting platforms and hiring events.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
