***$19.00 an hour plus 20 percent night differential***
Assembly/Product sorter Job Description:
Assembler/Visual Sorter sort parts, organizes, and completes visual checks on parts using a microscope.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily secondary processing of components including but not limited to assembly, visual inspections, gauge inspections.
- Understand various documentations,
- Follow Travelers, work instructions, secondary operation report, and blueprints.
- Assemble components to meet the final desired standard.
- Visual inspection in accordance with acceptance criteria
- Use various measuring instruments for dimensional inspections.
- Inform supervisor of any major defects/issues with components
Skills:
- Great hand and eye coordination
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organized in general.
Education:
High school diploma or a GED
