Position Summary:

Daily secondary processing of components including but not limited to, deburring, visual inspections, gauge inspections. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand various documentations, Travelers, work instructions, secondary operation report, blueprints. 
• Remove excess material from components according to provided work instruction. 
• Visual inspection in accordance with acceptance criteria 
• Use various measuring instruments for dimensional inspections. 
• Inform supervisor of any major defects/issues with components
• Understand safety requirements of all power tools used during operations.
• Washing and tumbling components in accordance with Traveler information and work instructions 
• Understand different cleaning techniques for various materials and components.
• Packaging post washing/tumbling operations 
• Keep track of tumbling media, washroom solutions to maintain operational availability, inform supervisor when restock is needed. 
• Perform end of the week maintenance of washing machine

Work Environment:

• Work environment varies from Warehouse to light industrial. 

Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications):

• Attention to details.
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
