Position Summary
The Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Supreme’s customers and internal operations. This is a highly detail-driven role that requires strong follow through, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments. Success in this position depends on accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing communication related to orders, schedules, and delivery commitments
• Manage customer schedules, releases, and changes, ensuring all requirements are accurately documented and communicated internally
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, shipping, engineering, and sales to ensure customer needs are met
• Enter and manage orders within the ERP system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor order status and proactively identify risks to delivery timelines before they impact the customer
• Communicate updates to customers clearly and professionally, including changes, delays, and resolutions
• Support sales with customer follow up, account coordination, and general support activities
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, scheduling, or order management
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage detailed information with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal teams
• Demonstrated follow through and accountability in prior roles
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in an ERP system (Plex experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with customer schedules, releases, or production environments

• Must be able to work on-site in Spring Lake, Michigan
