Program Manager of SUD Services

This is a new position located at our Corporate office in Lacey, WA. The position is a Monday- Friday day shift. The pay range for this position is $83,200.00 - $93,600.00. The candidate must be a licensed SUD with the 28 hours of Supervisor Training.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager of SUD (Substance Use Disorder) Services to lead and coordinate comprehensive addiction treatment programs both inside and outside of our organization. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care that promotes recovery and wellness for individuals battling substance use challenges. The Program Manager will oversee clinical operations, foster collaborative team environments, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Specific Responsibilities

• In cooperation with the Director of Outpatient Services oversees program development, coordination and marketing for all existing substance use disorder programs and services as indicated in the Contract for Services and applicable state WAC’s for the designated programs and services.
• Manages, directs, coordinates, and supervises the delivery of substance use disorder services to consumers.
• Ensures compliance with program standards, program policies and procedures, and licensing requirements.
• Initiates program policy changes in coordination with the Director of Outpatient Services as indicated
• Oversees all necessary documentation, including the maintenance of medical records, and participates in State Compliance Reviews and Audits.
• Oversee all program admissions and discharges.
• Works in coordination with the Director of Outpatient Services as the program liaison with community agencies.
• Seeks new sources of grant and contract funding and prepares (coordinates) grants as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Outpatient Services to further develop programs and services within the company.

Human Resources Oversight:

• In cooperation with the Director of Outpatient Services participates in functions including hiring, supervision of professionals, evaluation, and termination of program employees as needed.
• Provides direct supervision for all substance use disorder program employees.
• Provides direct supervision of all contract substance use disorder program employees.
• Conducts performance evaluations, performance improvement plan development, staff appreciation, execution of disciplinary actions, and general support and guidance for all substance use disorder program employees.
• Maintains availability to staff when needed by phone or in person, during and after business hours.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Substance Use Disorder Professional in good standing.
• Must have a Supervisor crediential.
• Three years of management experience in a human service environment.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License required or the equivalent if residence in Washington is new.
• Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Pay: $83,200.00 - $93,600.00 per year
