About the Role
We are looking for a FAE Engineer to provide technical support to customers and assist with on-site technical activities. This role will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate quality-related matters.
The ideal candidate is technically capable, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding product-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with internal engineering teams to identify solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support and assistance when required.
- Assist in investigating product or quality issues and coordinate follow-up actions with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding technical issues and resolution progress.
- Prepare basic technical reports and documentation as needed.
- Support other technical or customer-related activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in FAE, technical support, applications engineering, or a related position is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and related applications.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus.
