As a Mowing/Maintenance Crew Leader for Supreme Green, you will oversee mowing and maintenance operations and have multiple crew members reporting to you. You will need to be able to coordinate with your crew to complete all necessary tasks each week as well as be responsible for quality control for the work produced. You must be willing to put in overtime hours during busy or rainy seasons and be able to work outside in most weather conditions.
This is a full-time, in person position and reports Monday thru Friday.
Must have a current valid driver’s license. A CDL is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Maintain lawn equipment by greasing, sharpening blades, changing oil and cleaning machines
- Log services on a mobile app with company provided tablet
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members who have specific needs or questions
- Keep trucks, trailers and any other company provided equipment organized and clean
- Day to day tasks may include: mow lawns, trim trees/shrubs, spread mulch, pull weeds and edge and blow sidewalks clean of all debris.
