Position Overview
We are looking for motivated team members who are either experienced in or willing to learn a variety of the hands-on services that we offer. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career and grow into leadership positions within the company. Ideal candidates should be motivated to start their own franchise location within 2-3 years. Our culture is very family oriented both within our workforce as well as our customer base. Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour starting pay
- Increase to $30/hour after 1 month of training
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Tips and commission opportunities
- Potential earnings of $1,500 /week ($72,000/year)
- Opportunities for rapid advancement into leadership roles
Schedule & Availability
- 35–50 hours per week (hours may vary)
- Rotating Saturdays are required
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of residential and commercial service tasks
- Communicate professionally and build relationships with customers
- Maintain high-quality work standards
- Document the job site via GoPros and pictures
- Cross sell additional services to clients
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Adapt to different job types and daily responsibilities
- Anticipate issues and proactively problem solve to ensure a flawless customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, empathy and morals
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to handle physical work and lift 100 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and pick-up truck required
