What You’ll Do
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Set up and operate CNC, manual, gear-cutting, and grinding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Perform precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and related tools
- Support aerospace and customer-specific quality requirements
- Document production and inspection results accurately
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes
- Lead teams to meet production, safety, quality, and delivery goals
- Work with engineering, quality, and operations on continuous improvement
- Support training and process optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, machining, engineering, quality, or production leadership
- Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of inspection methods and quality systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing experience
- CNC machining, gear manufacturing, or grinding experience
- Quality experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, First Article Inspection (FAI), root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Manufacturing or process engineering experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Technical training, apprenticeship, certifications, or related technical background
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methods
U.S. Citizenship
U.S. citizenship is required for many of these positions due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance.
