Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Escrow Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients while supporting the escrow team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist escrow officers with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Prepare and organize documents as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of client information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
