Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with every visit
- Maintain cleanliness of your tools and supplies, ensuring all equipment is in good working order for efficient service
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning techniques to promote a healthy environment for clients and team members
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning sessions
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commericial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and light carpet cleaning methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Experience with laundry services preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen cleaning tasks such as cooking area sanitation and appliance maintenance is a plus
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
