Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and want to be part of a supportive, professional care team—we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility and transfers (with or without assistive devices)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying client living areas
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of daily activities, care tasks, and any incident reports
- Ensuring participants take medications as prescribed.
- Follow individualized care plans and comply with agency policies and procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certification as a PCA, HHA, or CNA or working towards certification is a plus but not required
- Experience in home & community care
- Ability to lift, turn, or assist clients as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
