Nutritionist – Social Care Assessments (Hybrid)
Supportive Futures Foundation is seeking a licensed Nutritionist to conduct Social Care Assessments for members throughout New York State.
Qualifications:
- Active New York State Nutritionist license required
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Yiddish, or other languages) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
