Our goal is to support providers in scaling their impact while streamlining operations.We're seeking a Growth Specialist to drive new customer acquisition, nurture key accounts, and guide organizations through their onboarding and success journey. This role blends inbound and outbound lead generation, account-based marketing and sales, product demonstration and customer success strategy to create a seamless growth engine. Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30 hours per week to be benefits-eligible.Your role at Supportable involves:Account-based Sales and Marketing: You'll identify and target high-value accounts and develop tailored outreach campaigns across numerous channelsAccount Management: you're the primary point of contact for a book of accounts, and will be available for customer support. You'll also analyze usage data and bring reports to the sales team.Onboarding and Customer Success: you'd be guiding new accounts through the onboarding process, from activation to implementation of referral and CRM workflowsEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS2-4 years' experience in SaaS sales, growth, customer success, or marketing (bonus if in health tech or CRM tools).Proven success with account-based outreach, lead generation, or customer expansion strategies.Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for managing deals, contacts, and workflows.Strong written and verbal communication skills.ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTSValid Drivers License and Auto InsuranceAbility to travel to conferences throughout the USSupportable will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check.
