Support Services of Virginia (SSVA) is seeking a Behavioral Consultation Coordinator to help develop, lead, and actively participate in our Behavioral Consultation (BC) program across Virginia. This role blends direct behavioral consultation, clinical leadership, and program development in a values‑driven organization committed to person‑centered, trauma‑informed practice. This role is designed as a launching point for people looking to start and grow their career in positive behavior support.

- Eligible to provideDD Waiver Behavioral Consultation services in Virginia
- Positive Behavior Supports Facilitator (PBSF) Endorsement preferred

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and overseeBehavioralConsultation services across SSVA
- Maintain an assigned caseload and deliver direct behavioral consultation services.
- Mentor and lead Behavioral Consultants (staff and contractors)
- Teach and reinforce key competencies (positive behavior support, trauma‑informed care, person‑centered practices)
- Helpbuild and grow theBC programthrough planning, collaboration, and innovation
- Oversee documentation quality, audit readiness, and compliance
- Represent SSVA inDBHDS roundtables, professional organizations, and training.
