Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Accurately pick materials from inventory based on order requests
- Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage in transit
- Use an RF scanner to scan, track, and record inventory movement
- Label, document, and stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup
- Enter and update basic shipping and inventory information in the computer system
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Experience with packaging and preparing items for shipment preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English (to follow instructions, read labels, and communicate with the team)
- Basic computer skills, such as data entry and navigating simple software
- Experience using an RF scanner preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and packing orders
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
