The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations while providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to resolve service issues and support daily operations.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information, addresses, item counts, and other records.
- Monitor customer requests and ensure all information is updated and documented correctly.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions and assist with operational communication as needed.
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (schedule may adjust to 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM based on business needs)
Pay: $21.42 per hour
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of the Tri-State area preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Windows-based systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dispatch, transportation, logistics, or courier industry experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Role Purpose:
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
