Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the manufacturing and quality
functions. The individual will manage the reporting of operational statistics gathered by manufacturing leaders
and will perform some high-level analysis of those results. In addition, the individual will be the chief
administrator of the Talent Management System (TMS). The individual will assist in the
maintenance of talent records for individuals. He or she will also maintain the integrity of the updated Area
Work Instructions and Quality Work Instructions as managers update the documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• We are seeking a candidate who is highly proficient in utilizing various computer programs and
possesses a strong aptitude for technology.
• Product weekly statistics on job completion times as compared to estimated times.
• Work with manufacturing managers and supervisors to understand product schedules and completion
criteria.
• Track utilization and up-time of key hardware on the manufacturing floor.
• Partner with the VP of Quality to maintain the integrity of the TMS system as new processes are
documented.
• Manage the workflow of training records which pass between individuals, managers, and TMS
coordinators.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new software
applications, with the ability to independently navigate and utilize unfamiliar programs efficiently.
• They should exhibit a keen problem-solving ability, enabling them to quickly adapt to new
environments and effectively troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma required. Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in manufacturing
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated communication abilities at multiple levels of the
organization
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft systems experience and knowledge
• Technical Experience with navigating multiple programs.
Language Skills:
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving simple variables in standardized (normal) situations.
Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E): Specific items of clothing and/or equipment may be required to
perform certain functions and operations. Any of the following three serve as sufficient criteria in determining
the need for P.P.E. compliance:
• Microboard policy.
• Safety Data Sheet (SDS) stipulations.
• OSHA regulations generally
