Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has an opening for a Production Control Administrator at our facility in Bryan, OH.

Scope and Responsibilities:
The Production Control Administrator will execute clerical functions for production control and will facilitate the flow of information and materials among and between departments according to an established production schedule.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviews standard and special production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to identify, support, and prioritize requirements for materials and staff.
- Revises production schedules to address labor or material shortages, backlogs, or design changes.
- Distributes production schedules and work orders to departments.
- Reviews project documents, materials, and products to assess accuracy, completion, and compliance with standards and specifications.
- Drafts and maintains production data and performance records, including volume produced and quality control analytics.
- Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly inventories of materials and supplies; requisitions additional supplies to fulfill work orders.
- Coordinates production and shipping activities. Collaborate with staff to ensure gaps are identified and addressed.
- Releases, modifies, and manages work orders.
- Verifies accuracy of cycle counts, enters inventory transactions, and makes necessary changes within work orders to ensure smooth production flow.
- Backup Literature Coordinator position as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:
- High School diploma required.
- One year of experience in production control is desired.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
